Terms of Service

Last updated: October 7, 2026

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRefund & Cancellation Policy

These terms are an agreement between you and Robert Conklin, doing business as CourtFlow (“CourtFlow,” “we,” “us”). They cover the CourtFlow Events WordPress plugin, your license key, and this website. By starting a trial, buying a subscription, or using the plugin, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a club or company, you’re confirming you have the authority to do that.

1. What you’re buying

A CourtFlow subscription gives you a license key that unlocks the CourtFlow Events plugin and its updates for as long as your subscription is active. You can use one subscription for all of your club’s locations, on the WordPress site(s) your organization runs. You may not resell, sublicense, or share your license key with other organizations.

The plugin runs on your own WordPress site. You’re responsible for your hosting, keeping WordPress up to date, and backing up your site.

2. Free trial, billing and renewal

  • Trial. New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. We collect a payment card at checkout, but you aren’t charged during the trial.
  • First charge. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you picked ($11.99 a month or $129 a year, plus any applicable tax) unless you cancel before then.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year and your card is charged again, until you cancel.
  • Price changes. If we change the price, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
  • Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause your license until it’s resolved.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Our full refund rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

4. CourtReserve and other third-party services

CourtFlow connects to CourtReserve using API credentials you provide. CourtReserve is a separate service that we don’t control. Your use of CourtReserve is governed by your agreement with CourtReserve, and you’re responsible for having the right CourtReserve plan and permission to use its API.

CourtFlow depends on CourtReserve’s API being available and working as it does today. If CourtReserve changes, limits, or shuts off its API, or has an outage, CourtFlow features that depend on it may stop working or show incomplete information. We don’t promise that CourtReserve’s API will stay available, and we aren’t responsible for problems caused by CourtReserve. We’ll make reasonable efforts to adapt the plugin to API changes, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to.

CourtReserve is a trademark of its owner. CourtFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CourtReserve.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Keep your license key and your CourtReserve credentials private.
  • Only display information you have the right to publish on your website.
  • Don’t use CourtFlow to break the law, to overload or attack our servers or CourtReserve’s, or to get around license checks.

We may suspend or end a license that is being misused, after warning you where that’s practical.

6. Ownership

We own CourtFlow, including the plugin’s code, design, and name. Your subscription gives you the right to use it under these terms; it doesn’t transfer ownership. You own your content and your event data. CourtFlow only reads event information from CourtReserve to show it on your site; it doesn’t change anything in CourtReserve.

7. No warranty

CourtFlow is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will work with every WordPress theme or plugin, or that the event information it shows (which comes from CourtReserve) is accurate or up to date.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings, or data, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to CourtFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Ending these terms

These terms last while you have an account or use the plugin. If your subscription ends, your license stops validating and the plugin stops showing events and receiving updates. Your CourtReserve data is never affected. Sections 4 and 6–11 continue to apply after these terms end.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using CourtFlow after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, and both of us agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
